Program and Short Course Fees
PAYMENT POLICY
Canadian Worldwide Training Centre only accepts payment through PayPal or a direct bank transfer to the centre’s bank account at the Royal Bank of Canada, located in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. Even credit card payments have to be completed through PayPal. You save when you make the full payment and you also have the option of installments as shown in the table below. If you have any questions or prefer to complete a bank transfer, kindly contact the admissions office for the bank wire transfer details. Please note only the diploma and certificate programs offer an installment plan. The installment option is not available for short courses.
For applicants in Canada, we accept an e-Transfer of fees.
As soon as we receive your payment, we will issue a receipt and set you up for your program or short course.
INSTALLMENT POLICY
If you decide to make payments through an installment plan, you will need to make payments each month before commencing the remaining sessions of your program. If payments are delayed, applicants will not be able to move forward with the program until the installment payment is received. Canadian Worldwide Training Centre will provide you with an installment plan with dates on when your installment is due. Ensure to make payment arrangements ahead of time to avoid bank transfer delays.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds, however, we allow the applicant to take a program at a later date or change a program using the fees paid at a later date, provided they have not started any program or course. Be sure you want to register for a program before you pay your fees.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Additional fees may apply for printing of certifications, and courier or postage.

The e-Transfer payment is only available for applicants in Canada. Use admissions@canadianwtc.ca to make an e-transfer payment.
