Business Management explores the various facets of management within an organization. From finance to communications and marketing, applicants understand the skills needed to succeed in any business. Applicants learn how to make informed decisions based on research and analysis of market conditions, the competition and other internal and external forces that impact the business.  At the end of the course, applicants acquire skills to perform leadership roles in the corporate world. Qualified business and operations managers are in charge of the organization’s day-to-day operations. They manage employees, supervise work and ensure the company policies are followed. Business and Operations Managers report to each department head or the CEO of an organization as they closely monitor the efficiency of business operations.

  • Adhere to legal guidelines and local, state, and federal laws.
  • Provide accurate and timely management reports on a monthly, annual and ad-hoc basis.
