This course will cover the following topics:

  • Write business and technical documentation according to current standards.
  • Manage documentation and information for writing. 
  • Gather research materials to start writing a report, business plan, manual and proposal. 
  • Prepare and write business documents such as business letters, reports, business plans, manuals and proposals.  
  • Know what information is relevant for various writing projects. 
  • Be familiar with the various writing styles, tone and formats for different writing projects. 
  • Edit and proofread business documents
