I am an Entrepreneur, Marketing and Brand Strategist, including Facilitator / Trainer, on a mission to offer value to people, processes and organizations. I have hands-on professional experience of 20+ years, with a successful record of accomplishments in brand strategy, growth strategies, product/market feasibilities and launch strategy, market intelligence and research, marketing, training/facilitation, content development/creation and communication, and advertising strategy consulting with both local and international organizations.
I have worked with clients in diverse industries like telecom, aviation, consumer durables and electronics, automobiles and auto parts, FMCG, packaged goods, financial companies, building and construction, pharmacy and healthcare, education, media [newspapers and magazines] and entertainment, with a focus on providing strategic insights into brand and marketing related issues to help in effective decision-making.
I have conducted more than 3500 Focus Group Discussions and Training Workshops across different categories and industry verticals. As a self-driven, strongly collaborative learning and development enthusiast, I believe in the power of creativity to drive deep-rooted initiatives in the field of education. I hold a B.A. in Economics from Delhi University and a Post-Graduate M.B.A. Diploma from I.M.S.P.R., Delhi Productivity, New Delhi. In addition, I have a certification program in Entrepreneurship and Leadership from Goldman Sachs U.S.A. and Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

I am an entrepreneur with a solid background in international marketing, customer relationship management and business development. I am also a qualified teacher with many years of experience. I have worked in diverse local, regional and international organizations, including one Fortune 500 company, with responsibilities for Latin America and the Caribbean.
I hold a B.A. in Spanish Language and Literature (with minors in Politics and West Indian History) and a Post Graduate Diploma in the teaching of Languages from the University of the West Indies. I also hold a Post-Graduate M.B.A. (International Marketing) which was awarded by the University of the West Indies. I am currently a PhD candidate in the field of Business Administration (Marketing) at the University of the West Indies. Additionally, I hold a certificate in Effective Corporate Communications from the UWI Institute of Business and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the Project Management College.
