With over a decade of experience in different industries, I have come to appreciate how businesses are managed. I have been challenged in my roles and realized how important it is to make critical decisions, manage conflict, and find alternative solutions. In all of the different industries I worked in, I had to apply creative thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Over time, I was able to see possibilities instead of roadblocks. Having an education helped me work in diverse and rewarding roles as a Marketing & Operations Manager, Lecturer, Consultant, Project Manager and Business Proposal Specialist. However, it was through years of experience I was able to develop workable solutions and solve problems confidently. I founded Canadian Worldwide Training Centre for this reason. The centre offers practical education where learning focuses on analyzing work situations and recommending solutions to improve the situation.Â
