Marketing and Sales Management

Marketing and sales go hand-in-hand. The two functions complement each other. Sales drives business and generate revenue. Without sales, any organization is at risk. To increase sales, companies have to invest in sales and marketing strategies. Marketing helps to identify customers, understand the competitive environment, develop a strong brand identity and develop a compelling marketing mix. Sales persuade the customer to buy a company’s product or service using the competitive analysis and identified market segments provided by the marketing department.
