Project Management

Project Management is vital in many industries including construction, oil and gas, technology and more. Managing a project requires a team of skilled people who can complement each other and together achieve project goals. A qualified project manager can confidently lead teams along with resources, schedule, and budget. The project manager works with the team in planning, organizing and monitoring the project progress. Businesses today have to successfully initiate, develop and complete projects on time and budget. But the biggest problem is that project, and product development lifecycles are shorter than before, forcing organizations to find highly skilled project managers who can meet tight deadlines and solve complex project issues. At CWTC, we train you to become confident project managers. This course will follow the Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM)® curriculum. Applicants after this course can apply for the CAPM® examination with the Project Management Institute.
